Refund Policy:

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of the order however the items should be as they were received unused and in their original packaging where relevant.

Inform us which of the received items you are returning. Keep in mind that the items should be new and have not been washed or ironed and should still have their price tags on.

Return the items to us by the chosen carrier within 14 days to get the refund or replacement.

As soon as we get your return, it will take not more than 7 days to process it. Our returns team will be also sending you an email update.

Return Costs:

Return shipping is payed by the customer.

Refunds:

Once you have shipped your return and it has arrived back to us and been processed we will inform you if it has been accepted. If so, the refund amount should reflect within 7 days through the payment option you used to pay initially for the item.
