I've placed my order. What's gonna happen next?

First of all, we'll send you a nice confirmation email with your order summary. That also means our guys and gals get busy with packing your stuff and prepping it for dispatch, which usually takes us 1-2 business days.

After dispatch, you're gonna get another confirmation email, this time with something extra - your tracking code. You may expect your goodies to arrive anywhere between 4-6 business days, depending on your location.

We offer free shipping on all orders. We deliver within the United Kingdom!

Delayed orders

Your order should arrive within 8 business days after placing the order (max 2 handling and 6 transit). However, the United Kingdom is pretty big and the weather can be a pain sometimes too. So please be patient for at least 3 extra days before you contact us - and after that, we'll try to figure out where your package can be.
